Our CHW’s find clients via personal referrals, by meeting them at our various events, and directly from participating service providers through Contexture.
This year our first two CHW’s will become state certified thanks to the training they receive thanks to our partnership with ASU’s College of Rural Health.
Our CHW’s have driven clients to appointments, helped them fill out applications, made calls to insurance companies and other providers as advocates, provided referrals to other services, helped them get awarded SNAP benefits, and much more.
