Superior Fire Marshal Dallas Lane had always wanted to start a Fire Corps in Superior, but didn’t want to push the issue without obvious community support. Now that Regenerating Sonora has turned their community center into a Resilience Hub and is working on emergency preparedness, starting a Fire Corps is a natural next step. Superior Fire Corps is open to all, especially to their neighbors in Miami and Kearny who are part of the Copper Corridor Co-lab’s resilience hub network.
